House rules

In the regulations below you will find the most important rules that apply within our hotel. We ask you to respect and accept these regulations.

 

General rules

  • All instructions from hotel employees regarding house rules must be followed

  • In case of fire, stay calm. Report a fire at reception and/or hit the nearest fire detector.

  • In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.

  • Due to the identification requirement, you must be able to show valid identification for all persons staying in the hotel at the time of check-in. The minimum age to stay in our hotel is 18 years, with the exception of children who stay with their parents.

  • There are cameras in various places within the building. Everyone who is in our Hotel consents to making recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown to third parties as supporting material.

  • Lost property must be handed in at reception.

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.

  • The owner and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injuries and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.

  • Due to hygiene regulations, the room must be cleaned every two days.

  • If you wish to pay in cash, we cannot accept €200 and €500 notes.

  • Deliberate damage, loss or destruction of hotel property will result in immediate removal, liability and/or report to the police. There will be no refunds

  • The use, trading or possession of narcotics (in any form) is prohibited. When using and dealing in drugs, the hotel management will contact the police, and we can proceed with removal without refund of payment.

  • If there is repeated nuisance from the room you have booked, the owner may decide that you must leave the room without a refund.

Pets:

  • Before entering the hotel, please check that your pet is dry and has not left any mud marks.

  • Always keep your pet on a leash in public places in and around the hotel.

  • Animals are not allowed on our beds, sofas, chairs and armchairs (any cleaning costs will be charged to you).

  • We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs in the event of excessive contamination of the room

  • Make sure the dog is not left alone in the room while cleaning.

  • We will charge you for damage to the interior or property caused by your pet.

  • It is not allowed to leave your pet in the hotel if you are not present at the hotel.

  • If your pet continues to cause a nuisance repeatedly, you will be required to leave the hotel and you will not receive a refund.

  • If we have to compensate other customers for complaints caused by your pet, these costs will be passed on to you.

  • It is not allowed for your pet ​​to relieve itself in or around the hotel. If this happens accidentally, you will have to clean it up and clean it yourself. If you do not do this, we will charge you a fee of €25 plus any additional cleaning costs.

  • It is not allowed to wash or rinse your dog in our bathrooms.

It is forbidden to:

  • Smoking including vaping in the entire building including rooms and suites, this means that smoking on our balconies is also strictly prohibited. If we discover that smoking is taking place, we are forced to charge € 175.00 for cleaning costs. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking, the fire brigade call-out costs of € 275.00 will be charged to you.

  • To cause a nuisance to another person, including through loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.

  • It is absolutely forbidden to light candles/incense due to the fire alarm and fire hazard. (The security system is activated immediately).

  • Tape off the fire detector.

  • Block emergency exits.

  • Certain decorations, such as confetti and rose petals, are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Ask at reception if your decoration is allowed. Additional cleaning costs or technical defects resulting from this will be borne by the guest.

  • Receiving unregistered or other hotel guests in the room. If other guests are found in the room, an appropriate fine will be charged.

  • More people in the room than the permitted number.

  • Leaving your room dirty beyond what is reasonable. During normal use, there are at most some scraps, crumbs or a piece of paper on the floor. We will charge you cleaning costs for any situation that exceeds normal use.

Failure to comply with the above rules may lead to immediate removal, liability and/or reporting to the police.
